The brief
BMW's C3 Presidents' Meeting brings together top management from the Middle East, Japan, Russia and Korea for three days of business. It had to feel premium, and like BMW, from arrival to departure. A tailored three-day agenda: business meetings, a luxury yacht experience and a night at a private desert camp. A dedicated project team ran every detail, from airport transfers and room drops to set-up and on-site management.
